Installation of PHP iCalendar into ${MY_INSTALLDIR} 
is completed. Now you should configure it by modifying 
${MY_INSTALLDIR}/config.inc.php

If you intend to publish calendars using WebDAV you should also
configure your server to enable WebDAV access, or if you intend to use
one of the upload functions of PHP iCalendar consult the
documentation. 

Your calendar can then be accessed here:
${VHOST_HOSTNAME}/${VHOST_APPDIR}
