It breaks too many revdeps and many upstreams are not really eager to fix
them because "it works with deprecated features".

Build a local copy of libcxx+libcxxabi for tests. This avoids a circular
dependency between llvm-libunwind and libcxx/libcxxabi, and also makes
it possible to run tests while building libcxx/libcxxabi against
different backends.

Fix tests to use multilib-wrapped compiler. Otherwise, the tests were
actually done using native ABI library which missed the point. Also,
add missing MULTILIB_USEDEP.

Fixes the following:
* cross-compiling for windows does not require x11 and udev, so wrapped in use
flags
* since we RDEP on build deps, apply a patch accepted for upstream to prevent
installtion of extlibs when SFML_USE_SYSTEM_DEPS is set
* sets SFML_USE_SYSTEM_DEPS to true (no effect on native builds)
* remove explicit dep on media-libs/mesa as this is provided by virtual/opengl
in native compilation, and hopefully someday dev-util/mingw64-runtime will be
an accepted provider for virtual/opengl and virtual/glu, as it provides the
needed headers and libraries for the mingw-w64 platform.

This previously bundled SDL 2, probably because it wasn't packaged
when this was first added. With that unbundled, there are far fewer
dependencies and this makes unbundling everything less likely to
break. SDL is particularly stable in this regard. Because of this and
in the interests of security, I have dropped the bundled-libs
flag. Anyone experiencing issues can obviously file a bug report.
