This reverts commit 418b9b84ad23664b49a24f760813179e0dbd214e.
Issues were with the test environment not with the packages, so no need for the
p.mask anymore

It may be possible for the cp that was previously used to
stage all-gentoo.js into /opt/firefox/ to befall permissions
issues due to a custom umask or whatnot. Using newins should
keep that from occurring, plus its cleaner and more ebuild-ish

There is an upstream release 2.49.1 that is checked out
from the same upstream codebase; this package uses the officially released
thunderbird tarball instead but leverages the localization files from the
release candidate.
Upstream 2.49.1 is based on comm-esr-52.3.0 and so this version likely includes
some additional security fixes that would not be present in the upstream
package.

This version will be the last to have USE=crypt, as x11-plugins/enigmail now installs
itself in such a way that no compile-time or install-time changes are necessary
in thunderbird or seamonkey anymore. Enigmail support can now (even with this version)
be obtained simply by installing >=x11-plugins/enigmail-1.9.8.3-r1 and restarting thunderbird.

Instead of installing files in a generic location that then requires
compile-time support from thunderbird or seamonkey to integrate, starting with
v1.9.8.3-r1 enigmail now installs in a path that relevant mozilla products will
load from on startup. This means that USE=crypt on seamonkey and thunderbird
will be going away, as the installation of enigmail now only requires adding
this package to @world.
