Currently a conditional in the ebuild such as
if [[ ${PV} =~ 9999$ ]]
is not recognized by `ekeyword` [1]. A workaround is to omit the
`KEYWORDS` assignment in the live ebuild branch.

As part of https://bugs.gentoo.org/637176 the crypto related USE flags
were renamed. This change adds a warning to the user that this has
happened. The old flags are still usable, but their use is deprecated
and will be removed at some point.

This version will be the last to have USE=crypt, as x11-plugins/enigmail now installs
itself in such a way that no compile-time or install-time changes are necessary
in thunderbird or seamonkey anymore. Enigmail support can now (even with this version)
be obtained simply by installing >=x11-plugins/enigmail-1.9.8.3-r1 and restarting thunderbird.

The database backend use flags have inconsistent descriptions. They are
all used for header caches and the descriptions should say so.

Remove the huge aarch64 patch which is both incorrect and seems to serve
no purpose. The patch updates generated configure files instead of
letting the ebuild regenerate them. Furthermore, the package was never
keyworded for arm64.
