We keep seeing reports of collisions between musl/glibc but this shouldn't
be possible as glibc is masked on musl profiles.
Not clear if this is causing our issue but it's at the very least superfluous
and maybe even wrong.

... and that's hopefully the last of it for now. We didn't have any
SELinux + musl profiles for arm* before.

Fix the parent profile of default/linux/arm64 from top-level arch/arm64
to little-endian subprofile. This is what the profile structure
suggests, and (unlike the top profile) it defines CHOST
(and CHOST_arm64) as required by package manager, eclasses and ebuilds.

Because we don't have gnome/kde yet, let's add a systemd profile for desktop
systems without having to test all of the rest.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
