- it's the default theme in enlightenment-0.25, so this package has
become obsolete.

Needed to build some Rust crates like sys-apps/uutils.
I'd heard some users mention needing to set this but hadn't
poked particularly far (was in the context of trying to do
Firefox + libc++ on non-LLVM profiles IIRC).

Doesn't work on e.g. glibc systems. Unmasked on the LLVM profiles.
It doesn't matter much as llvm-libunwind has different semantics
to other packages, i.e. -llvm-libunwind doesn't force use of sys-libs/libunwind
on glibc, so it doesn't prevent usage of llvm-libunwind for other packages.

=virtual/libcrypt-2-r1 is what we need on musl for the libxcrypt
migration but the subslot for 2 and 2-r1 is the same, so going
from 1->2 ends up with a useless rebuild, and means we end
up not doing one when we need to later for 2->2-r1.

This eclass provides utilities for ROCm libraries in
https://github.com/ROCmSoftwarePlatform, e.g. rocBLAS, rocFFT.
It contains a USE_EXPAND, amdgpu_targets_*, which handles the GPU
architecture to compile, and keep targets coherent among dependencies.
Packages that depend on ROCm libraries, like cupy, can also make use of
this eclass, mainly specify GPU architecture and it's corresponding
dependencies via USE_EXPAND.

musl will still work with its own libcrypt, but applications
and libraries are starting to need a fancier libcrypt (libxcrypt)
so let's disable USE=crypt by default on sys-libs/musl to
have libxcrypt provide crypt.h & libcrypt.so (musl's libcrypt
is included in libc.so).
This brings musl in line with the changes we made for glibc a while
ago. The situation with glibc is a bit different because the migration
is mandatory there, while we're just strongly recommending it for musl
because sys-libs/libxcrypt[-system] causes headaches (see linked
PAM bug for an example, but I've also hit a similar issue with Python
yesterday).
