Add a new revision which uses tmpfilesd instead of a local.start script, changing all runtime paths to /run directly; munin-asyncd had its pidfile mandated by the init script so change it for all of them as well; add a live GIT ebuild for 2.1 series, where none of our patches are needed (all merged in).
(Portage version: 2.2.0_alpha154/cvs/Linux x86_64, signed Manifest commit with key 1CD13C8AD4301342)
