Version bump to 9.7.1. Remove bind-9.6.1-parallel.patch, bind-9.4.0-dlzbdb-close_cursor.patch, bind-9.6.1-dlz-patch-ldap-url.patch and bind-9.6.1-dlz-patch-dollar2.patch since they're now applied by upstream. Fix init dependencies/after, see bug 295260.
