Added a 4th version of the cache barriers patch for mips to gcc-3.4.6 that shifts the bulk of th generation code to the mips backend vs. being in final.c. This newer patch also has a switch to generate barriers on store only, load only, or both loads and stores, making it suitable for both IP28 and R10K IP32 testing. Also keyworded 3.4.6 for ~mips.
