header. Declare _Exit.

* sysdeps/mach/hurd/_exit.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/standalone/i386/force_cpu386/_exit.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/standalone/i960/nindy960/_exit.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/standalone/m68k/m68020/mvme136/_exit.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/unix/_exit.c: Likewise.
* sysdeps/wordsize-32/inttypes.h: Define imaxdiv_t and declare
imaxdiv and imaxabs. Declare lldiv_t if necessary.
