Repology does not understand its versioning and constantly
flags it as outdated. It's also a bit special given it's not
based on the actual (source) release and shouldn't be mapped
to it like repology does.

On the one hand the previously ignored OpenBSD package appears to have
disappeared from Repology, on the other the version currently claimed as
the latest (provided by SlackBuilds) is the Apple fork provided as part
of compiler-rt.

According to upstream release notes this version is a Windows-only
security fix, and more importantly they haven't published source-code
tarballs for it.

Seen a user think that 20240119 (reported by repology) was newer than
0_p20240319 given repology does not understand that type of versioning.
Even if changed that so it works, reports are also not interesting
given this is nightlies and a version added today could be marked
outdated tomorrow if a distro just decided to bump on that day and
getting into a bump war is pointless.
This should be removed when ruffle start getting real releases
(currently ruffle --version reports 0.1.0, so the 0_ is a placeholder
for potential future normal versioning).

which needs exactly tomcat-servlet-api:2.3
Hence no need for a newer version.
Also adjusts versions of dev-java/txw2 and dev-java/xom

We need to ignore net-dns/ddclient-3.10.0, since repology reports
'net-dns/ddclient-3.10.0_2' as newest version, which is an error due
upstream decided to call rc releases _1, _2 and so on.
Technically, net-dns/ddclient-3.10.0_2 is newer, but from upstream point
of view it's only rc. So we need to ignore it for now. Repology also
don't to add an excpetion here.
